Karhan Construction & Remodeling is led by Andrew Karhan and operated by Karhan Companies LLC. We've been transforming homes across Orlando and Central Florida since 2021 — from pre-war College Park bungalows to new builds in Lake Nona.

We're not a national remodeling franchise running a satellite office, and we don't buy or resell leads. When you call, you talk to the people who will actually build your project — and the person you talk to on the first call is the same person who walks the finished job with you.

From Service Calls to Full Remodels

Karhan Construction & Remodeling didn't start from scratch. For years before focusing on full-scale remodeling, Andrew owned and operated a home-services franchise business across west and south Orlando, working in hundreds of Central Florida homes and earning more than 235 five-star reviews from local homeowners along the way. That work built the reputation, the standards, and the relationships with skilled trades that Karhan runs on today.

Karhan is the deliberate next step: moving from smaller service calls to the full kitchen, bath, addition, and whole-home remodels the team is built for — the bigger, more hands-on projects Andrew is passionate about.

How We Run a Project

• One person owns your project. First call to final walkthrough, no handoffs to a coordinator who's never seen your house.
• Fixed-price contract. Discovery upfront, so the price you see is the price you pay. Real change orders happen — surprise change orders don't.
• Permits handled. Every required permit taken care of and every inspection met on site. You never deal with the city.
• Weekly site walks and a project manager who picks up the phone.
• A written 1-year craftsmanship warranty on every project.

Insured

We carry liability and workers' compensation insurance, and we'll send a certificate directly from our agent on request before any work begins. We think you should ask that of any contractor you talk to.
